Nowadays, it’s extremely important to be mindful of the internet usage: how we’re using it and how it’s using us.

Most of the internet usage time revolves around 5-6 services, all of which require our attention to make profit. In this setting, with abundance of sources seeking our attention, spiritual guidance becomes even more misleading.

We will focus on some ways we can counter that. We will also analyze what spiritual influencers have to say – and should we trust them. This is not about proving a point that science is the best way to understand life; it’s much more about the necessity to make spiritual topics honest and receptive to criticism. Without these two traits, spirituality often just declines into propaganda or manipulation.
