Meditations

Why do people meditate?
People would spend a lifetime dedicated to this practice in order to reach something beyond the mundane life. But now, it’s being presented as a quick-fix to boost your corporate work productivity or to “attract females”. And even worse, as scientific research suggests, it really will.
On the other hand, meditations have also become a way to captivate the minds of people who want something more than everyday life. It can become a form of escapism or a spiritual practice without any substance. Some of these meditational services can become very expensive but practically useless.

Meditation is at the same time freeing from the banality of overs(t)imulated information influx and beneficial for the personal development regardless of circumstances.
